Back in the game...Back in the play!

Well I am back in action! I am so happy to to be back in the show. My toe is hanging in there...pretty much recovered but I'm wearing a mix of flats and heels throughout the show so that it can really heal. Let's just say the bunny suit isn't quite as hot with flats! Ah well, I'll be back in full time high heels before long! We are enjoying our time in Des Moines, then we head to Memphis and then Florida!! Snaps!

Becky,
I'm so glad to see you're back!! Hope your toe continues to heal!! How are Kate Rockwell and Cara Massey working out?? Have they been good additions to the show?

Becky,

I came across your page and HAD to say a 'hello'. It's Gabrielle Karlstrom now Cordes. I don't know if you even remember me from way back when! I saw you'll be in St. Paul coming up and I'm already checking the dates to try and make it! Congratulations on all your success! I hope all is well and your toe is feeling better :)

Can't wait to see the show!

Becky,
I was so immensely excited to see you in Memphis! You are the best Elle since Reese Witherspoon. Definitely the best Elle on broadway. I'm glad to see you back on your feet.

Your biggest fan,
Kristen

Hello Becky,

I saw you in Clearwater opening night and last night and loved your performance. The entire cast had the audience involved from the very beginning to the end. The show was wonderfully fresh and fun.

I noticed you were wearing high heels in the bunny outfit, so your toe must be better. Glad to hear that. You are in practically every scene, no time to put your foot up.

Good luck with the run and hope you are chosen for the Helen Hayes Award. You deserve it!

I will look forward to seeing you in other performances. Have you thought of Glinda in Wicked? A number of the people in the audience said so!

Take care,

Laura A

I don't know if you read this still but I felt I needed to say this to you. You were SO mean to me in high school. All I wanted was to be in theatre. I could dance (I danced for 17 years for a ballet corp) and I could act very well having won several awards in speech when we were in it. However, I could not sing. I'll admit it; I couldn't. I tried out for each musical every year and in 10th grade we were in the same audition group for the wizard of oz. Upon looking at callbacks I didn't see my name (and hadn't really expected to) but then you came up to look and looked at me and said "oh it's because your c note was off, your audition wasn't very good at all". Do you have any idea what that can do to a teenager?? You completely crushed my dreams. Needless to say I was not sorry to see you graduate early and I worked so hard on my singing just to prove you wrong. I made callbacks my junior year and was finally in a musical my senior year. You were so egotistical back then I can only imagine what being on Broadway has done to increase that ugly trait in you. I honestly feel incredibly sorry for your peers that you work with now. Just remember- not all of us like you.

Hi Becky!

I saw you last week in Denver and I LOVED your performance! You make a great Elle I think you were perfect for the part!! I really enjoyed the show that night and i hope to see you in other musicals soon!! I think you would make a great Glinda in Wicked, have you ever considered that?

Take care! I hope your toe is better!
